Ada Ogochukwu Ehi Moses is a Christian singer-songwriter, Recording and Performing artist professionally known as Ada Ehi. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria in the early ’80s. Ada was introduced into music ministry as a backing vocalist for the child star “Tosin Jegede” around the young age of ten. She attended Lagos State University where she obtained a degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering.
With a career spanning more than a decade, Ehi released her debut album in November 2009, titled “Undenied”. The album garnered several positive reviews and served as a stepping stone in launching her career in the gospel music scene. She has since written some of Africa’s inspired gospel anthems, and successfully delivered five other studio albums including her second album
“Lifted and So Fly”, a two-disc album released in November 2013, “Future Now” released on October 2017, “Ada’s EP Vol.1” a 5 track EP released in 2019. And most recently, her latest album “Born of God” was released in 2020.
Ada Ehi has collaborated with several artists including Nathaniel Bassey, Sinach, Limoblaze, Dante Bowe, Buchi amongst many others.
Ada’s singles have also created a whirlwind of sensation across the world. Most notably, her song ‘Only You Jesus’ currently has over 100 million views on YouTube alone and was listed on YouTube’s top 20 most viewed songs of the decade.

Ada Ehi was selected as an “Honouree” for the 12th edition of the African Achievers Awards (2022), she received a BEFFTA NOMINATION for Best International Gospel Act, Best Female Artiste in African Inspirational Music at the AFRIMA, WINNER – Groove Awards 2017 ‘Western Africa Artist Of The Year’, WINNER- LIMA Song Writer of the Year and Song of the Year in 2017, tagged one of the 100 Influential Christian Personalities in Nigeria according to YNaija’s list (2017), Six nominations at the Maranatha Awards USA including The Best Female Minister (Africa) and Song of the Year (Congratulations) in 2021.
She was also nominated for Song of the Year (Inspirational) at the
prestigious AFRIMA Awards 2021, Best Female Artiste in African Inspirational Music at the All Africa Music Awards and Best Gospel Artist at the 7th African Entertainment Awards USA, both in 2021 and awarded a gold plaque by YouTube having surpassed the 1 million subscribers mark.
She has also been featured on the world-acclaimed THE RECORDING ACADEMY ‘GRAMMY’ for a live performance of her hit single ‘Congratulations’ which has over 70 million streams and over 317 million views on YouTube.
Ada Ehi is happily married to Ehi Moses a creative entrepreneur and visioner of the RockFest outreach, the CEO of FreeNation INC and SoundCode Studios. His unquantifiable partnership has helped profoundly in the emergence and continuous growth of his wife Ada. Together they are blessed with their daughter Emma-Jane.
